Terms of Service

1. The service

Veritas Logic AI provides AI-powered voice and software agents that perform front-office tasks for trade and service businesses, including call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and job-cost logging. The service is software-assisted; it is not a licensed professional service, and nothing produced by it constitutes legal, financial, engineering, or other licensed professional advice.

2. Not a substitute for licensed judgment

Any figures, estimates, or records generated by our agents are tools to support your own business judgment, not a certified or licensed professional's sign-off. Where a task legally requires a licensed professional (for example, a sealed estimate or a regulated filing), you remain responsible for obtaining that review before relying on it.

3. Your account and use of the service

You agree to provide accurate information when setting up the service and to use it only for lawful business purposes. You're responsible for the accuracy of any scripts, pricing, or business rules you provide us to configure your agents.

4. Fees and the guarantee

Setup fees and monthly retainers are as quoted at signup. The 45-day guarantee referenced in our sales materials applies as stated in your signed service agreement; where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritas Logic AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls, scheduling errors, or data entry errors, beyond the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

6. Intellectual property

The software, prompts, and systems behind the service remain the property of Veritas Logic AI. Data you provide to configure your agents (your scripts, pricing, and business rules) remains yours.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
